A combined expertise of Emotional Intelligence and agility with staff development, advanced leadership mentoring, and emotional intelligence education to help elevate leaders, teams, and organizations in the private and public sector.  My approach consists of three key elements:  a comprehensive assessment to understand where you are and where you want to be; a thorough game plan of action steps; and a commitment to working with you to solidify and put in practice lasting change.  I’m also an expert in working with women and men in the workplace who are Highly Sensitive, an innate trait that 20% of the population carries. Leaders with High Sensitivity are particularly suited to being effective and empathetic leaders, and I support them in navigating the workplace successfully. Coaching for Moms returning to work
